At Wiz Kidz, we are dedicated to building our students’ confidence in their reading abilities, as we recognize that self-confidence is an integral component of the learning process. We focus heavily on generating and improving reading comprehension and understanding. Our centre has diverse programming that teaches students to absorb and retain information, enabling them to answer questions and complete assignments based on read materials (short stories, novels, etc.). Our innovative reading programs also incorporate a reflection and expression period, where students are encouraged to develop new ideas, opinions, and conclusions. Our most important objective with elementary students is to stimulate their interest in reading by making it a fun, exciting, and enjoyable activity. To accomplish this, we ensure that the reading materials we supply for our students are engaging and relative to their personal interests and hobbies. Finally, Grammar and language studies are included in our reading programs, as every new text introduces unique vocabulary to learn and ultimately apply in everyday situations.
